An ingested GB is the volume of metrics, logs and traces you send to Korai each month. OpenTelemetry-based collectors let you choose what to send. If you do not know your volume, we can estimate it together in a demo.

What is included and what costs extra?
The estimate includes ingested telemetry, your plan’s monthly fee and 12 months of retention. Entry has a minimum bill of €149/month. Prices exclude VAT, the infrastructure used to run collectors and cold-data retrieval, which is charged separately. Cold-data retrieval costs €0.05/GB, excluding VAT.
What can I access in cold storage?
You can retrieve and query all data retained in cold storage. Retrieval costs €0.05/GB, excluding VAT, and is billed separately from ingestion and the monthly fee. This cost is not included in the calculator estimate.
Are collectors, dashboards and alerts plan limits?
No. These are the items our team configures initially. You can manually configure additional items yourself on every plan.
Can I change plans?
You can upgrade at any time. To move to a lower plan, contact us so we can review the best option for your situation.
